Executives team does not listen good and just does what they wants. bad way of working

on site cafeteria, pool tables and soccer tables, on sites gym 24hr

Cons

Too much gossips, peoples looks to stab others in the backs, no accountabilities, one sided executives team, lacks of vision, bad peoples with power rule, say one thing and do another.....

We have read your feedback and we can tell you that this is not consistent with the feedback we have been receiving from employees recently. 5 months ago, we reworked our values and created ones that we believe truly represent what we want Hypertec to be. We then communicated these values and have received very positive feedback. We have created an open door policy in that employees who witness any situation that does not reflect our values, should and MUST speak to their Manager, any member of the HR department or an Executive of the company with no fear of retaliation. In fact, just recently one of our Executives received constructive feedback and immediately took action. We are proud of our values and we hold our Leadership team as well as all of our employees accountable to respecting these values. We encourage you to use our open door policy so we can address your particular concerns.

Pros

Plenty of space for parking.

Cons

Family business, nepotism is rampant. Coordinators lack manners, basic school education, and basic vocabulary. Not doing extra hours is frowned upon. Salary is 11.50 and has 10 cents increments per year. Workers end up doing extra work they are not supposed to and are not remunerated.

Pros

Small team, open territory, great facility with a rennovates gym free for employees. Decent tools for creating quotes. Name somehow slightly recognized in the market.

Cons

Very long hours. Extremely disorganised management team applying very antiquated management style. Less than acceptable salary with shaky commission plan and no bonuses, raises or career path in sight.
