Pros

Hypertec is a company with heart! Managers genuinely care about their employees and always try to do whats best. Many changes have occurred in the last couple of years and this is because they are listening. Very multicultural environment where there is much respect.

Cons

Lots of changes which isn’t always a bad thing but not everyone is good with change. Still working on putting the right systems to help departments be more efficient, this is a work in progress.

Pros

If there is one thing I can say about working at Hypertec, it would be that you are more than just a number! This is a family run business that treats their employees like family. The management team will give the opportunity to their employees to speak their mind, listen to what their needs are and go above and beyond to make that happen! Management is also always looking for new ways to improve the organizations structure to ensure things are running smoothly. The HR team is a great support to this organization that has uplifted the company culture and I truly believe they will continue to do so. Hypertec offers a variety of different roles and almost always promotes from within before looking externally. If you are positive, hard working, consistent, reliable, and up for challenges, you will not go unnoticed.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive compared to market. Benefits are average, however, are a work in progress. Opportunity to grow in certain departments is limited.
