We must admit that with Covid, it has been difficult to organize team-building events but we are certainly open to suggestions. Your feedback on communication is absolutely valid as we also heard this loud and clear in our Employee engagement survey. Working with Hypertec has been a great experience. Hypertec is a company that values their employees and their employee feedback. I can speak for myself after 22+ years in my field and feel like Hypertec is a place I can call home in my career.
