Run by a family who wants the hierarchy to be flat so that they can control everything. They don't trust the people that they hire to do great work so it creates a lot of "politics" in the workplace.

Company lack vision Values are only words, family owned company and the pressure is toxic. Tools at our disposition are lacking or subpar. Always trying to save a few pennies by ordering the cheapest possible solution.
