There’s a strong culture of innovation, and I feel encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table. The team here is extremely collaborative and supportive, making it easy to work across departments and get projects moving. Leadership is approachable and values employee feedback, which really fosters a positive work environment. The benefits package is competitive, and there’s a lot of room for professional growth and advancement.

Cons

As a fast-growing company, things can move quickly, and priorities sometimes shift. This can occasionally make workloads demanding and require adaptability. Some processes are still evolving to keep up with the company’s growth, but I see consistent efforts to improve efficiency.
