      Pros

      I have been working at Hypertec for almost 2 years now and it has been amazing. It is a multicultural environment where the people are respectful and always smiling. The overall corporate values are many: trust and integrity, innovation, customer focus and communication. I would definitely rank Hypertec as the best place to work and best Employer. Location is super convenient, the Building is right off the TransCanada highway, there is ample free parking, amenities, malls and restaurant nearby. If you use public transport there are bus stops right in front of the building as well, the 216 and 72.

      Cons

      If you are the City person and is looking for the downtown atmosphere and vibe, this may not be the right location for you.

      Your fine if you fit into his “group” if you don’t be expecting to be walked out or written up repeatedly until it happens the most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked and he is also a joke there is none and when a complaint is made it goes absolutely nowhere DEAD END JOB RUN

      Good changes and outlook with new management

      Pros

      Hypertec was in very bad shape with low morale. They then changed the management who is bringing life back into the department. Great people.. great forward thinking. A lot of good vibes and ideas are forming.

      Cons

      Very low wages compared to other companies. Not enough staff for the work we do. Other departments can't cooperate. They need to chill out.
