Avoid working at Hypertec.

Pros

Plenty of space for parking.

Cons

Family business, nepotism is rampant. Coordinators lack manners, basic school education, and basic vocabulary. Not doing extra hours is frowned upon. Salary is 11.50 and has 10 cents increments per year. Workers end up doing extra work they are not supposed to and are not remunerated.

Good people.. Very Family oriented. If your kid is sick If a non issue. Full cafe, gym ( with basketball / floor hockey)

Cons

Very under paid for the job. Hight turn over, which means your constantly picking up someone else s duties and orv training someone. Did i mention underpaid?
