Great career opportunity, I got increasingly better positions and responsibilities over the years and was able to grow my leadership skills. I have built real friendships with colleagues over the years and am part of a fantastic growing team. Hypertec embraces diversity, gender neutrality in a big way and treats everyone with respect. Very positive culture changes in the last 3 years. Open communication channels with management and encouraging confidence all around. More and more exposed to bleeding edge technologies, great space for innovation, from the hardware to the software automation, we literally do it all! Join us, you will not regret it.

Cons

Nothing negative to say, all issues of the past are now addressed.

learned alot while working - although this job did not work out for me i can bring with me all the lessons i learned. Team very inclusive and motivating. Boss and team hard wroking. Pushed to get good results.

Cons

bad company culture, the departments work in isolation hard to get things done.
