Simple tech stack which can get boring quite fast. Low pay compared to other companies - they acknowledged this once but did not take enough action to fix it in my opinion. The could also improve on the poor attempt at implementing Scrum framework as its not endorsed by upper management.

- I mentioned in pros the Opportunities to grow BUT not from Contact Centre! Once you are in the Contact Centre it is VERY hard to get to pursue a different career - You need to become 'friends'with someone to move up - New managers came along, (some are okay and some not so much), seems like all of them by previous work connections - The last 2.5 years the directors have completely changed from very nice work environment into a very stressful one - Tons of micromanagement, they are constantly watching you. Even using the restroom is measured by seconds - Heavy work load with minimal or non-existent recognition - Very high department's turnover - Department's management does not promote motivation by any means
