Pros

Great Leadership and Great Culture. This company is already entrenched with many of the largest DSO companies and will be working with the major players in the New Economy in no time. Great work life balance.

Cons

Company is growing quickly so some people are juggling multiple roles. Small downside to being along for the ride

Pros

Used to have amazing benefits and culture. You will learn everything related to fintech if you work here. Remote work is nice.

Cons

They do not care. The only thing they remotely care about is making sure the CEO's pockets are well-lined. PayPal and HyperWallet are some of the worst managed companies I have ever worked for. Leadership treats the company like a child treats a Tamagotchi and get just as confused when it dies it front of them. They slashed benefits every year, rewarded the lowest performers on every team, kept all departments in the dark about each other's goals, and lied to the employee's faces multiple times about layoffs. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to cover it. PayPal and its affiliates talk a big game about Diversity and Inclusion, but it's all lip service. Every time a person of color left the company they'd publish an open letter about how badly they were treated or how little they were paid compared to caucasian employees. These allegations were never addressed by management. Management will never acknowledge ANYTHING, be it suspicious business practices that make the news, how much loss the company experiences, whether your position is on the line or not, or how they pay everyone well below industry standards. Management never had the employees backs. Honestly, being treated as just a number would have been better than how we were actually treated.
