Pros

Hyphen has some of the smartest, hardest-working people I’ve ever met. The company is in the middle of a transformation — new leadership, modernized products, stronger storytelling, and a growing brand presence in the construction tech space. There’s real pride in what we’re building, and the mission actually matters. When teams are aligned, it’s fun, fast, and creative. There’s a lot of opportunity to make an impact if you know how to navigate a fast-changing environment.

Cons

Like most companies in growth mode, alignment isn’t always easy. We’re still building connective tissue between teams, and sometimes communication gaps or shifting priorities make it feel like you’re rebuilding the plane while flying it. Processes and expectations are still maturing, which can be exciting or frustrating depending on your tolerance for change.
