Pros
This is a great place to work, wonderful coworkers, nobody ever looks like an office drone. They are flexible with your schedule giving you opportunities to work from home and stray outside of the normal 9-5. They offer great benefits. Management is engaging, and they are working on having managers become even more feedback oriented, a nice change of the typical micromanaging mid level managers. Overall I have enjoyed working here and would recommend it to anyone. The executives are all very approachable and seem to give employees who come to them with ideas actually time to talk to them, it’s very refreshing to see.
Cons
With the rapid growth the company is experiencing there a few things that slip through the cracks. It is always minor things such as bugs or having to work with legacy and outdated systems. There does seem to be this constant feeling of “crunch time” to push features.
