Great idea for industry specific software, not so great on execution of rolling out the software
Pros
- Everyone is nice and respectful - You can see that the company is in its growing phase - My coworkers make me feel wanted/needed
Cons
- On-boarding was rough, not many resources compared to others, but Ive heard this is improving a lot - There is always a new pivot every 2/3 weeks - Lack of communication from Upper Management, as in not just talking with my reporting officer. -In terms that you never reach out to ask what is going on, how are the clients reacting to things, asking for opinions on how do we the "frontlines" think should something be described. It's more of a "my way or the highway" type of mentality. To me this seemed like you are starting to grow so big that you are losing that connection with how the clients truly feel and seeing what they want and more so becoming money hungry.
