      Hard work, but good pay off

      Pros

      As many hours as you can handle. Overtime was part of the job. Working 60 plus hours a week was the norm.

      Cons

      No work life balance. With all the overtime, there was no room for family time or personal time outside of work.

      Pros

      The money and what seems unlimited overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      They treat laborers early on like privates in the military who are going through bootcamp. They yell and criticize when you do something they do not like, but they do not take the time beforehand to teach you the job, they just expect you to know it.
