- It is located at a WeWork Office

Cons

- This company will overwork you and pay you around minimum wage for most positions -Most positions are telemarketing in disguise as something else (slow to change) - Very to slow to adapt "start-up" company - Lack of leadership - Although it is a very small company leadership is not very open to listening - Leadership lacks understanding, closed minded and greedy

Pros

- wework office - fun and relaxed environment - young and easy to build relationships with your team - location is great- downtown Los Angeles is booming

Cons

- salesmen are very very disposable. It is routine that they come and go. That is part of the culture - they are kind but fail to give a definitive answer on how and when you will advance your role within the company - Pay is very poor- salesmen aren't contracted to the company- they are independent contractors given a monthly stipend - at times, very disorganized.
