Pros

As long as you TRY to do what they want you will be okay. The bonuses and health insurance are great.

Cons

Supervisors give you bogus expectations that are not attainable. They actively tell you to lie to the drivers and vehicle owners you interact with. Additionally, for a company that stresses diversity, every employee of the month has to be a non-person of color. They are slowly outsourcing their jobs so don't be surprised if you get let go within half a year.

Pros

Love the culture, mission and resolve of this company. The company is resolved to make it work regardless of economic circumstances - everyone has a persevere mindset and I love coming to work everyday to tap into that energy.

Cons

I love working here. I wouldn't change a thing about the company, culture or management...are a family and that resonates with me and my co-workers.
