      Fantastic co-workers and Level 3

      Cons

      Sink or swim type of environment. Lots of small things can be missed in initial training. Overtime is ridiculous at times; Management practically wants you to live there.

      good coworkers, safe working environment, fine starting pay

      Cons

      pay structure requires you to work in other departments to get raises but revolving door in Zn-Ni means you're stuck there, management tends to micromanage and communication between workers and management is wonky sometimes
