Benefits are great, as long as they hire you as full time and not a contractor.

Cons

Long hours are expected. You dont have much say, you only do what Korea allows you to do. They have US leadership, but they are simply puppets for Korea and if they dont follow the Korea rules, they will get removed. Most leaders in the Fountain Valley office only last about a year, before they give up. Seen countless leaders come and go in my 4 years here.
