Salary may seen as high but they will pay only half of it. No good appraisal

Cons

Manager: -Worst Manager who wants his juniors to work till late night and even on holidays -No BA to handle clients, Developer has to handle clients all times -Have to plead Manager for taking your own allocated leave -No break time Management: -Have to login within 8am or there will be loss of pay in your salary -They pay only half of salary they said, (travel allowances ,medical bills are taken from your salary) -School like culture -No work life balance

+international community (15 countries in 20 people team) +purely english speaking role in Germany is rare +nice company events +competitive number of days off policy +highly flexible work (excluding home office policy)

Cons

-not developing job, even de-learning -very old SAP system developed but underskilled developers, only Koreans which is highly intolerant -injustice annual bonus & promotion policy (not worth being better and give more) -non-competitive salary -nonflexible home office policy
