No commumication, No proper documentation guildlines, no one takes responsibility for the issue just blame each other, Top management doesn't speak english or german,Discrimination for other cultures, HR doesnt actively take lead in any improvemnt and even try to cover up some issue and employees keep leaving the company which leads to work instability ,overloading the existing employee creating unreasonable targets to be achived and no professionalism in working

In the past, it was a very stable workplace, with rare layoffs or management shakeups. It has not been that for several years now. Those who are great at kowtowing and not speaking truth to power will thrive and can work there forever, regardless of technical competence. If you are other it's at best a bridge job until you get a better job. Cannot believe anything mid to long-term executive management says. Everything is at the ever-changing whims of HQ in Korea. it's like Madmen without the glamour.
