Excellent technology structure and facilities. Wonderful knowledgeable colleagues. Fresh fruit on Fridays. Great Cafeteria- reasonably priced. Being a car guy means you get some awesome peeks into company products being tested. Stable company. Has great EV vehicle lineup and can sell all they make.

Cons

Salary a bit on the low side. Korean work culture often enforced (working beyond 9-5). Often times, will not hire seniors from within - unless you know folks personally (i.e. path to promotions based on performance - not well documented and defined).

Here people are friendly, supportive and a great workspace to learn lots of skills. One of the best tech company I've ever seen

Since it is a product based company and has an international market we must be more cautious and responsible.
