Great Colleagues , thats the best thing I got from that Company

Cons

Lack of vision in the managment. HR role is to police the employees instead of facilitating their every day tasks. Most of the managment has no actual power and everything is controlled from the HQ .Really ridiculous salaries and huge gap between korean and non korean people. Fake evaluation and promotion system.

You've never get any real trouble for the sales figure pressure in this company. Belonging to Hyundai Motor group, they are just carrying on business with whatever given to them with minimize the margin for Hyundai Motor Group

Cons

It's literally a pension house. Not many people are buzzing around. For Sales-wise, you must be wasting your time and career as they wish you to do all Admin job such as typing in SAP, caring about tax invoices, sending out some notifications to the client. No development much required.
