Pros
All the people work here are on contract from hinduja and few are frm HTC global. So no one cares abt them. Only few people work here as full time employees fr hyundai few of them are worst people. No loaned employees are treated well. They scold u in bad words. Please don't join if u have self respect bcoz I lost mine now.
Cons
1. They won't value your work rather they focus on ur attendance and other stuff. 2. For sure have to bend infront of managers and lick there boots. 3. Have to do as they say and laugh at their jokes else u will be threatened. 4. Hire and fire policy at its best. 5. U will always get threatens that u will removed if u don't do this or that.
