Some nice coworkers and nice office design.

Cons

Major psychological and verbal abuse with a never ending toxic workplace where you’re set up to fail regardless of your achievements. No one matters unless your principal. Cult like with managers stalking it’s employees and treating them like Chanel not as humans. 0 training and no autonomy to thrive. Safe yourself the mental stress which will wear you down to tears and don’t ever contact HR as they’re never on your side.

No leadership, felt like a big high school clique, job description was vague, no positive feedback from leadership, only criticism.

Unlimited vacation, nice working environment, some good people but there is a lot of favoritism from management and not a super inclusive environment.

Cons

Not a lot of communication between staffing and the actual staff. There are a few good PMs but they are also at the mercy of leadership. Bad apples tend to stick around for way too long and there is not a way to get promoted without killing yourself with working 16hour days. Also, even if you do kill yourself and bend over backwards, they continue to dangle the carrot of promotion and associate status with no real follow through. Often doing the work of the next tier of your actual title without the pay. The good ones see the issues and leave after a couple years..
