Pros
The HR department is very caring and supportive of the staff. The benefits are reasonable.
Cons
Unfortunately, there's way too much gossiping and back stabbing by the employees. Their senior designers are architects, not interior designers; therefore, they don't have much knowledge about interior design, so their expectations are incorrect from their staff.
