      The people and benefits at IA are top notch. Each office has its unique culture and the ability to work together is wonderful. Employees are built up and rewarded for their efforts. Lots of opportunity and flexibility to grow and learn. Strong leaders with hearts in the right place.

      Cons

      It's not for everyone. Lots of deadlines but that is the industry too.
