Co-workers are fun and willing to help you out whenever need. Work Environment is great because the office culture is built on good morals and values.

Cons

Its hard to find cons because the Miami office and culture was built with good intentions.

Having only been there a short time, I can say without hesitation that I have never worked at a company where almost everything that you can think of has been thought of with infrastructure and training videos/documents readily available. Great group of people and always willing to help no matter what level you are. The level of design talent I am seeing as well as theie documentation standards are some of the best that I have seen.

Cons

I can't think of any.
