Pros

IA is a firm that not only works to please their clients but VERY focused to keep their employees happy. Benefits and perks are like most companies in this industry plus more. The company is constantly growing in staff and business which of course is good for all. Busy and overwhelmed at times, but hey business = a successful company. A successful company, such as IA means more perks and verbal confidence from superiors and management.

Cons

I've only been with the NY firm for a little less than a year I do not have much complaints. The only thing would be better communication with all departments of the staff.

Pros

IA is a very people-focused company. The benefits are very good for the industry, the company is employee owned, and management is very accessible. The company itself is growing and there's a real opportunity to make a name for yourself here.

Cons

Smaller offices don't offer all the amenities of the larger ones, although things like tech support and benefits are still easily reachable through Lync.
