      Pros

      20-25 staff, nice office in Clerkenwell. MD and leadership team are good people, trustworthy. Part of a larger global company with an impressive client list, and many projects across the EMEA.

      Cons

      Change of office leadership last year is still in progress - generally very positive but still some structure to put in place.

      Pros

      Friendly team and collaborative environment. I had the opportunity to learn a lot about the Israeli planning system, including licensing (רישוי זמין) and coordination with consultants. Small projects allow you to follow the entire process closely.

      Cons

      Very limited opportunities for professional growth or creative input. Salary stagnates even after years of experience and responsibility. Manager tends to micromanage and does not delegate full responsibility.
