Reasonable Tech Job at a big company. Isolated teams are competent.
Cons
Systemic technical incompetence and disorganization. Picking up the crumbs from larger players with no appetite for risk, real differentiation or innovation. Communication is dreadful. Operations is unresponsive. Many engineering teams don't have operational access to their products!
