IAT has good intentions of being a company who is tech savvy and plays with the big commercial carriers, however the IT management and choice of Duck Creek is slowly taking them down. IAT is not agile in the slightest. They frequently advertise their IT roles as such, but the reality is a standup meeting is their form of agile. Waterfall requirements, fighting business leaders who are never told no, thanks to the private funding they currently receive. They lack the infrastructure to support healthy and productive development, which has contributed heavily to huge backlog of defects and a lot of unhappy internal staff and external customers.
