Great work life balance, good benefits, everyone is helpful/knowledgeable, many opportunities to advance your skills/credibility, and everyone is really nice.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say. I just started a couple months ago and I love it here so far.

Aggressively evolving company with great benefits. They are positioning themselves nicely with with new school agile software technology and tools. Very encouraging in evolving developers out of legacy technologies.

Cons

Great if you like to work out of your comfort zone.
