      This organization is family owned and both they, our CEO, and the senior leadership team truly care about their employees and put their people first. This is recognized through an outstanding compensation & benefits program, promotion of work/life balance, and many opportunities for personal & career growth. The organization is exceptionally managed and the leaders are transparent with the employees and encourage open/honest feedback,collaboration, and sharing of ideas. I feel truly blessed each day to have the opportunity to work for this organization!

      Pros

      I have worked at IAT for a long time and I believe that we have the best of both worlds. We are family owned by an awesome family, which allows us to make decisions that are best for the long-term. This long-term view allows us to create a very special culture. We also have the scale and capabilities to effectively compete with companies that are much larger.
