The company offers great benefits like 401k matching up to 7%, paid STD, tuition reimbursement, a generous amount of PTO each year at 26 days plus 3 additional floating holidays and they just added student loan assistance to help employee pay back their student loan debt faster. Cons
Medical insurance is too expensive . A high deductible plan is the only option and when ask if other can be considered the answer is just no. Some departments are better than others but with all the change occurring ( while I don’t thing this is a negative) improvement is slow.
