The senior claims management team is great and are focused in the right areas to ensure stellar claim handling across all lines. The new folks that they have added are bringing in new perspective and ideas. The benefits are great - 7% match on the 401k, very generous PTO and they offer maternity and paternity leave.

Pros

The CEO, Bill Cunningham, is a great leader and the company has excellent ownership in Peter Kellogg. There is an emphasis on work-life balance and employee engagement, very generous benefits and lots of development opportunities. The culture in the Kansas City office is very positive.

Cons

PTO is very generous but there are no options to "cash out" unused time. It can be difficult to use all of your PTO and keep your workload current.

IAT truly cares about the employees, and encourages us to have a healthy work-life balance. The benefits are terrific and I am confident in the long term growth of the company under our executive leadership team.

Cons

I can't stay away from the weekly food trucks at the Raleigh office!
