Pros
I have been with the company less than three years. When I joined the company results were poor, there was no vision, poor performance was tolerated, and no investments were ever made in the business. New leadership was brought into the organization to change the direction of the company. Since the new leadership team has arrived, results have improved dramatically, the company now has an exciting vision, there is tremendous opportunities for employees to grow, and poor performance is no longer tolerated. I am more excited today than when I joined the organization.
Cons
There has been a lot of change, but good change. There is more change to come as we update IT systems that were never invested in. Outstanding opportunity to make a good organization great if you can manage change.
