Pros

Good work life balance if you manage the flexible time of policy correctly. Salary seems in line with other occupations.

Cons

Expected to know everything and do everything quite quickly. Training is usually theoretical and not so practical. Variable schedule -> can cause lots of problems, but maybe you like switching from mornings to afternoons to nights within a 3 day window.

Fun and (potentially) meaningful job Lots of freedom, little to no micro management Great people to work with Very competent people International company

Cons

HR will screw you, one way or another. Either by incompetency or consciously. Or both. Don't come for the money of perks, car, ... , come for a meaningful job and collegues Crazy work load and no social life possible Lots of great ideas but management / steering totally disconnected from reality Harassment seem tolerated within IBA. Some people should have been fired for long time ago but seem protected.
