Pros

Good Benefits, time off and sick time. A lot of opportunity for advancement based on performance. Challenging job that affects those in need. Most weeks are 40 hour weeks, not over, but not under either.

Cons

Job can allow burnout if you don't manage your time well.

This is an ok company to work for. Great benefits provided to employees. Fair pay and 401k. I would recommend it to a friend
