The job is amazing for entry level engineers. Working with a lot of different esoteric technologies.

Cons

Some management is pretty bad. There are regular late night shifts.

Good pay, great benefits, challenging atmosphere but very rewarding if you're willing to put forth the time and effort.

Cons

Management tends to micromanage at times but mostly no complaints. Great place to work!

Laid back, lots of freedom, opportunity to gain experience with many different types of systems, variety of work atmospheres depending on shift.

Cons

Lack of management, guidance, and documentation. It is on you to figure out how to learn what you need to know, as there is no proper training plan. IBA is also in a process of change, so rules seem to vary week by week.
