They hire from college, and they hire almost anyone

Cons

It is a technician job, not an engineering. And you get paid for that. Plus you operate on screens 50% of the time so you are an "Operator" !! LAME. And all other companies know so this will add nothing to your resume. If you stay long, you will forget everything you learned and this will make it impossible for you to get a real job. Don't Work There !!!
