1. Assistance throughout the selection,pre-joining and training period. 2. Competitive salary structure to IT giants in India. 3. Transparency in procedures. 4. Legitimate work load and no undue pressure. 5. Short and effective training programme with good infrastructure at prime locations in India. 6. Its a common misconception that only one IT company, i wont take the name but its often referred to as an government company is liberal with employees and treats them good.Join hands with IBM and witness the lesser known truth. 7. Keeps employees happy.Attainment of work-life balance.

Cons

1. Well, the only shortcoming that i can think as of now is that IBM more often than reciprocates through telephonic conversations while the pre-training period.Missing the call,distortion in voice are the widespread problem that most of my mates have encountered.
