1, You will get ample of team members working for long in IBM SL. 2. You do get your time, because one task runs for long. 3. Good tools with some bad tools are with you.

Cons

1. Why question is hard to get answer here, 2. Looking for access to prod logs, request for another access and that will be given to you in 2 days and even if thats a P1 issue. Hard to adjust to it if you are build to this mindset.

Work/life balance work is tough but, rewarding

Cons

Anyone brought in is fast tracked for Promotions while others serving for many years more get left behind. DEI is pushed VERY hard here No 401K - Was replaced with an RBA (Retirement Balance Account) Will earn prevailing Interest rate. Healthcare is Garbage and VERY costly for Employees/Family.
