The wrong place ...

Pros

Still great Topics working on, Quantum Computing, AI, ... Still some knowledgeable and committed employees left.

Cons

Marketing all around, no honest and candid information for the employees about topics, once you run into a SME on the market and you use your (standard) information you look like an bloody idiot. Management is running a a mainly finance driven restructuring . Getting rid of older experienced employees and replace them with some younge (cheaper) and easier to "manage/control" people. Neglecting a sound diversity with respect to age, experience, energy and innovation.
