-Flexible work schedule -Great benefits (health, 401k, adoption, maternity/paternity leave, health wellness incentive)

Cons

-The products are released and marketed as if it's ready to be used but that is rarely the case -Too many similar tools are used and so it takes up a lot of time to figure out where to go for what -Management does not help provide actual career development. HR is reached through an employee service line; no real human contact
