I've only ever worked for ibm vt, so who knows if it's the same everywhere, but for 20+ years i've never met anyone who wasn't respectful helpful cheerful kind intelligent forgiving patient etc... it's definitely great.

Cons

This site specifically aims to hire people who will be a good fit for 10+ years, so very selective with hiring.
