Excellent company but make sure you don't land on WOOD project's Firewall Team at Bangalore location

Pros

Good pay scale and work opportunity

Cons

1> Micromanagement in WOOD project's at Bangalore location is all together on a different level. You need to take your selfie once you reach office,during morning and night shift, and WhatsApp it to your manager. I guess its against security compliance. 2> Morning shift, 6:00 AM, allowance is Rs 50 only. I mean, better not give it first place.

They give the opportunity for a very good start for your career. A lot of internal tools and knowledge-base.

Cons

Will work you as far as they can for their profit. Management's stimulation is to cut off losses as much as they can and manipulate engineers.
