IBM is a place that I love to work because the impact that the things that you get to work on is immeasurable. IBM is so involved in many facets of everyone's everyday life and often gets little to no credit for it. The company is constantly innovating and coming up with new ways to be relevant in society. In addition to all of that I truly believe that IBM often has my best interest in mind and has and will continue to develop me as a professional.
Cons
IBM can make various unpopular decisions internally and externally from time to time. Rarely are we caught in serious scandals but things that are popular today like remote work can be a sore subject. Although innovation is sought after that unfortunately comes with a lot of churn and change which some people find unsavory. IBM is doing its best to reinvent itself and keep the right people on the bus but sometimes due to other factors those people can be deterred from staying at the company.
