Pros

New opportunities arise often, lots of savvy professionals from other teams to learn from, great learning platform with quality free courses to learn about lots of different domains.

Cons

Unbearable bureaucracy, changes come in slow, salary upgrades come in slowly, and even when they are negotiated, you might need to wait a few months for a salary bump. Recruitment offers good salaries, but keep in mind that will be your salary for a long time. Also they can even be dishonest when calculating separation payments.

- Everything is a mess in the beginning and without a proper handhold of your friends and peers, you won't even know what is happening. - you get time to time new things to explore like certifications and badges and even get rewarded to clear some. - A lot of learning material to expand your knowledge with the company's various learning portals, and tie-ups with big online learning platforms - Everyone is helpful and considered as a peer, we respect our seniors but you call them by name, so as to treat everyone alike and with equal respect.

- Projects to Graduate hire are random, despite your knowledge and skills. - Sometimes you get lost if you don't open your eyes and have the appropriate help - Despite such a big company the salary is low, not a pay-master
