Pros

Some of the teams work on cutting edge software technology and work could be very interesting.

Cons

Beware of working on legacy teams. They can cut the projects based on projected revenue and would end up searching for new teams.

Pros

Good work&life balance. Good working atmosphere.

Cons

Pay is relatively low. Too restrict to one skill and project. Code quality in some old product seems quite bad now and hard to maintain.

Pros

A lot of very smart people. Depending on your group, but in general work hours are very flexible, as long as you do your work. Good benefits, and opportunities to change jobs within the company.

Cons

I happend to have revolving managers which does not help advance your career.
