Pros

Work at home is a about the only plus I can think of. Benefits are sub-par.

Cons

Never ending work flow, expect to put in 10-12 hours a day. Very little room for advancement, most moves blocked because of job cuts and off-shoring.

Pros

There is great work hour flexibility. The benefits are also quite good. Generally I've found that there are good people who work here.

Cons

Overly bureaucratic at times. It can take time to get important things done. Bonuses aren't great, nor are the raises. I'm not sure why things are so tight as far as budgets.
